Want to sweat out toxins or soothe your muscles?

Give this a try…
I designed this bath with a traditional mustard bath in mind. Wild black mustard seed sourced from my parent’s organic farm in Saskatchewan is the base ingredient that this salt bath is designed around. Mustard baths have been used for centuries to help stimulate blood flow and improve circulation. Mustard, a warming herb, in a bath helps to dilate blood vessels which can help you sweat out toxins. I’ve combined mustard with ginger, epsom salts, sea salt and a blend of essential oils, traditionally used to aid in detoxification, to help give this bath a stimulating quality. ** Traditionally mustard baths were believed to help lower fevers, open the lungs and relieve sore muscles. Mustard baths were often used when people were suffering from the flu or a cold.
